Sashimi!

Bought half a salmon fish and 1 kg of yellowtail this afternoon- all are sashimi grade. Costs me about $100. So, there'll be sashimi feast tonight! My helper jokingly said that the fish can last us a month!
Since there's so many pieces of sashimi, dinner was salmon chirashi don. Yum!

We had Round 2- salmon and hamachi sashimi- for supper . Didn't take any photos but estimated number of "red plates" we ate was close to 12. Yummy!
More sashimi for the next few days! Nom nom nom!
